12 sessions

This 12-session coaching program is designed to provide you with a safe space to explore your feelings and release wedding anxiety. Each part consists of 3-5 sessions, depending on your goals.


Part 1: What's on Your Mind?
This part focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where you can discuss what's weighing on you. Whether it's family conflicts, differing opinions, budget concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of planning, I'm here to listen without judgment.


Part 2: Where Do You Want to Be?
Once we've addressed the stressors, it's time to shift our focus to the positive aspects of your wedding. We'll delve into your vision for the day and explore the emotions you want to experience. We'll set goals to help you prepare for the Big Day and ensure you're ready for whatever you want to face in the lead-up to the wedding celebration.


Part 3: What Do You Need?
In this final part, we'll equip you with tools and techniques to manage any last-minute anxieties, stay present in the moment, and fully embrace the joy of your wedding day.


This comprehensive coaching program is fully customized to help you find enjoyment and peace in your wedding planning and celebration. Remember, you don't have to navigate this journey alone. I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Duration

This program consists of 12 weekly or bi-weekly sessions, taking place over 3 to 6 months. Each session is a full 60 minutes.

A session is your safe space, and you can decide how to use it. Nothing is too big or too small. No need to prepare, just come with your thoughts and we will talk through the rest. If you enjoy doing practices or homework we will discuss that at the beginning of each session, but this is optional.

Price

This program costs US$ 440 / C$600 / £320 / €380.

The full amount is due after booking the first session.

I offer a payment plan on request.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount; anything discussed within our coaching sessions remains strictly confidential. If you would like to bring your fiance into the session please notify me in advance.

When relevant I'll give you suggestions for practice in-between sessions, worksheets, articles, and meditation apps that you might find helpful, even after we're done with our session together. These will help you stay grounded and continue growing
