A coaching session focused on this important time in your life can help you organize your thoughts and feelings. During this session, you can discuss what is on your mind. This could be last-minute details, personal worries, or the great anticipation of what is ahead.

This session will provide a safe and supportive environment where you can articulate your feelings and concerns. You might discuss challenges that are bothering you. These could include working with family members, making sure things go well, or just feeling overwhelmed by the big changes coming.

 

By facing these issues directly, you can start untangling your worries. This practice will help you refocus on the excitement and joy of wedding planning. You’ll have the space to envision how you want to feel on your special day, and what memories you wish to create.

 

By the end of the session, you will feel more grounded. You will have taken time to process your thoughts and feelings. You’ll leave with a clearer mind and a lighter heart, ready to embrace the upcoming celebration.

 

A single session can help you focus on what matters most as your Big Day gets closer. If you need help making a decision, calming down, or finding the right words, we will focus on what matters to you at this moment. You'll leave the session feeling grounded and ready to enter your moment, glimmering with excitement and joy.

Duration

This is a single session of 60 minutes. This is your space, and you can decide how to use it. Nothing is too big or too small. No need to prepare, just come with your thoughts and we will talk through the rest.

Price

A coaching session is US$ 45 / C$65 / £35 / €40. Invoices are sent after the session. I'll take the first payment off of the program cost if you decide to book more sessions.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount; anything discussed within our coaching sessions remains strictly confidential. If you would like to bring your fiance into the session please notify me in advance.
